Welcome to Zoo Mom Science!
Our goal is to
bring science to life for your students. Originally
designed as a website to provide science supplies and assistance
over the Internet, Zoo Mom Science quickly found that the demand
for presentations in the Central Florida area was stronger
than the demand for material suppliers. As a complement to your
current homeschool or classroom lesson plans, Zoo Mom Science
can add a variety of live animals or teach a dissection
workshop, even throwing in a few fun
surprises for everyone! We are building up our site and adding new
information all the time, so be sure to check back frequently!
Let us bring our
live reptiles, insects, and arachnids to your next
party for an exciting time! This is an unique event that
gives everyone a memory that
will not soon be forgotten. Who can resist an exotic
python, a regal Bearded Dragon, or a mysterious tarantula?
We are available
to teach school programs, science camps, homeschool co-ops,
scout workshops, motivational corporate seminars (overcoming
fear), community
events, and teacher training inservices. Our methods for teaching fun science are
hands-on and engaging. While we like to make things
enjoyable, we also respect the learning process and follow age
appropriate guidelines in a professional manner.
